Use and care:
Please note: Printed yoga mats release a very strong but harmless odor when first unwrapped. Please unroll and air out your mat for 2-3 days before use.
Spot clean with Gaiams Yoga Mat Wash or damp cloth with cold water and mild detergent. Dry flat. Store in a mat bag when not in use.

After you receive this, open it up, and lay it out flat on a deck, patio, or grass outside on a sunny day. That will eliminate the "new" smell from it after about an hour. Then, it's absolutely perfect. I don't find it to be too thin at all. It's easy to roll up and carry. If it were thicker, it would be cumbersome and awkward to roll and carry. It's a very bright pink, and I received a lot of compliments on it the first time I brought it to Yoga class. I think it's just right!

This what I use to stretch my leg muscle and tired back ache away. It's very good and cushions my bones and knee when I kneel and work on my back pain on cold concrete floor. It lets me concentrate on my stretching and not on the cold floor. Thank you.

I live overseas at an APO, USA address and the shipping time was fantastic. They sent the item the same exact day I ordered it; I think i recieved it in 3 days. The mat appears a pretty pink color, but it is indeed HOT pink, which was perfectly fine by me. I am the only person in my Yoga class with this mat and I think people are looking at it because it has such a cute design. Someone must be jealous of it however, I walked away to go put my yoga band away and someone STEPPED on my mat with their nasty shoe and left a big dirt print on it. I love this mat & I think the price is excellent and compares to prices of other companies.
